NEL – Morales reached the finals at the 2012 AAU DII DISTRICT CHAMPIONSHIP on May 28TH by defeating the following: Brooklyn Patriots 71-30, Ball Hogs 51-41, Team 914 44-40, Staten Island Sting Rays 62-60, Riverside Hawks 61-52

Congratulations and best of luck on 5/28 against the Carnarsie Blue Devils.

Boys 5th grade NEL - Weinstein
Wins the Hoopertown AAU Tournament this weekend 4/28-429
They went 4-0. Congratulations!!!

NEL Lightning 8th Grade-Morales
Over the last 2 weekends, they have compiled a record of 6-2 reaching the championship game in both the New England Playaz Hardwood Classic and The Westchester Hardwood Classic. They will continue their defensive journey up at the Jam Fest this weekend in Providence, RI.

Girls NEL - Cosenza wins the Showdown in Brewster by going 4-0.

Boys 4th grade NEL Team Foti goes undefeated in the 2012 BSC Tip-off Classic on March 24th.

· The girls finished their season at 12-6 overall and undefeated "B" league champs receiving the 4th seed in the Sectional playoffs.
· 1st round of sectionals they advanced by eliminating Hastings HS.
· They will face #5 Woodlands in the quarter finals on Wednesday the 22nd of February at 4:30pm at home.

JFK/Nor' East Lightning Girls
· Defeated Woodland in the Qtr. Finals and will now move on to the Final Four next Tuesday night the 28th of February at 8:15pm at the County Center.

The Lightning websites provide comprehensive information and additional resources for coaches and players.

Team Administration Facilitated by Experienced Lightning Staff
Lightning administrators will handle everything for you — register your team and players, help you select tournaments, provide uniforms and gear, and provide all the help you need so you can focus on coaching. Lightning directors will help you develop coaching plans and handle your specific requests for coaching assistance or advice in running a team.

Practice Site
Choose your own site or practice at the Brewster Sports Center. Lightning will provide insurance certificates for the facility you are practicing in.
